Hey fella,
your pic is really rather large. The limit is 100k for still images. If you optimise it, rehost it and edit your post, it ain;t the end of the world.
However, although not technically against the FAQ, this board is generally for things you have made yourself. This would be more appropriate over on /links probably :)

whilst that is wonderfully mad, you might get a bit of flamage...
generally this board is for stuff you've actually made, and the image is WAY over sized...
static images should be no more than 100k, animations up to 400k.
Whatever you do, do not delete the post. If you have to fix it, use teh edit button!

I know i done bad but i got a bit confused then i didnt know how to check the file size. will research this matter and rerectumfy image.
and i did add the "panda porn chocolate lolz" so hoped that was allowed :-/ sorrys wont do it again

don't know what you're using but try this
it's free
www.getpaint.net/
as is common with most image messing software it'll tell you how big the image is when you save it, also if you're using p/shop these are handy
