It won't keep correct time in IE becauseIE plays .gifs slower than FF.
In firefox it keeps perfect time if synced.
ed: Nixie tubes are the predecessor of the 7 digit display.
They used to be used in expensive equipment like elevators and advanced

I have it running on time now.The trick is to open the thread in a new tab, hit CTR+F5 and it should load
fast enough to be close and stay in time in all future tabs (in FF anyway).
