# I clearly am a girl then
doesn't interest me in the slightest and am not susceptible to mass marketing/brain washing about what people should buy this week

# me neither
I can't play games like that cos I can never tell what's going on

# Oh I enjoy a FPS
just not really real war like so real you're really a real soldier stuff. If you want to imagine you're shooting people for real, join the army and hope to go to afghanistan.

# I wouldn't describe COD as realistic in any way, other than the graphics
(, Wed 11 Nov 2009, 10:10, archived)
# It's all "cinematic" and stuff. Realism can cock off, as far as that game series is concerned.
The multiplayer's damned good though.
(Note: comments refer to CoD4 aka MW1)

# yeah
but then it's not really real if you're sitting on the sofa playing it in your pants

# You have to wear pants? :(

# I think I'm more of a girl than you.
Last computer game I played was 3 months ago.
Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 on the Wii.

# COD doesn't interest me in the slightest
Last one I played was COD4, it was fun for about an hour but it just turns into the same untactical run in, blow up everything fest.

# It's the multiplayer that makes them such great games
The story of MW2 apparently runs to about 6 hours for your serious player.

But the multiplayer keeps you hooked for months.

I still play CoD4 two years on

# As much as I hate to admit it
I've had a lot of fun buying cheap games on Steam

# shit, i didn't realise
i was only playing it because I was told to.

I thought I was a grown up able to make my own decisions

# I assumed you would be in the first camp of "being interested"
I didn't say everyone was buying it for the hype
