the switchover (command or CRTL-M) was the bestest. It's gone completely in CS4. SOmetimes I REALLY hate Adobe...

Movie maker only gives you option of 30 or 25 fps (I think) but you can drag many copies of each image onto the time line (eg 5 copies of each will give 5fps(pal) or 6fps(ntsc)
