but the likes of Andrew Kramer I have to attribute a lot of my understanding of After Effects to. I tried places like Creative Cow but found their tutorials soooooo boring but Video Copilot put into context so that you can really start to do your own effects.

I wouldn't have the first idea of how to go about proper animation / this kind of thing. Bearing in mind it was only last week I made my first ever animated gif that is :D
