Indeed.
Not only do I feel violated in much the same way I imagine a victim of gang-rape would, but I'm also going to write to my MP demanding - DEMANDING, mark you - the closure of the entire internets.
This sort of thing CANNOT be allowed to prevail, or the terrorists have won.

Why not get the MPs to gang rape you and write to gang rapsits instead
probably easier to get a result that way

That's a very good point.
And I've always fancied having a few MPs up my arse, in case of emergency.

this morning I had to pull out the smashed windscreen of a car
so that I could open the door to find out how badly injured the young girl driver was.
I shouted at her to try and get a response and tried to feel for a pulse, but unfortunately she was already dead.
I then helped other people extract the 3 young children from the other (overturned) car while their mother lay screaming and trapped in the driver seat.
I've had better starts to days.
This is not a response to anything in particular.
anyway, here's a joke...
Q. What's pink and hard?
A. A pig with a flick knife.

yes unfortunately
I'm a little shaken up, but trying to exorcise it with work and b3ta style bollocks
I needed to share for some reason.

I needed to share for some reason.
Absolutely.
I was in a car crash over the Christmas vac. We went into the back of someone at about 60, and Mrs Vagabond in the middle of the back seat didn't have a seatbelt.
Thankfully she was jammed in so tight she was OK but likewise we weren't right for several hours.

I'm hoping I don't end up with delayed shock
I am on my own tonight in a hotel. I'm not sure if that's for the best.

If you're worried, 'phone the nearest friend and instruct them to accompany you.
But to be honest, I don't think you will. You're physically OK - mentally shaken up, but it doesn't sound like something a short sharp brandy won't sort out if you can't sleep.

Really?
That kind of puts someone pearoasting in a new thread in perspective.

I think that triggered it
I'm not having a pop at anyone though.
The world is full of petty irritations

O_O
Shit... Take more than a latte and a biscuit to get over that.
Props for manning up though. Take some balls to get into that...

I'd just parked my car in a ditch too to avoid the collision
with the help of some snow, black ice and an inappropriate handbrake turn
some people on the scene were excellent, other drivers just turned round and drove away.
I'm a mix of emotions at the moment
