Long chain fatty acids have to by synthesised (using protiens, built from amino acids).Long before anything as complex (in terms of how they are produced in biological systems) as long-chain fatty acids, came life's saviour, SuperAminoAcid Man.
Clearing up the oceans of all of those other, non-essential amino acids, leaving just the favoured 21, fighting for the future of life on this planet.
