My parents would never dream of voting for a racist thug in a suit. A racist double-glazing salesman in a suit is an entirely different propostion though.

Exactly.
It's sad to see that it took 80 years for dangerous lunatics with similar ideas like Oswald Mosely to come back into the limelight. It's a shame that there will be so many wasted votes from people who are hoping for something that UKIP are certainly not.

I've been trying to get ukip (over email) to explain their policies about fair wealth distribution for local communities and charities once we are out of the EU. As EU funding helps organisaitions to get projects up and running without government agendas or bureaucracy getting in the way and being that we have had tonnes of cuts in funding, and what would happen would UKIP have their own agendas? etc etc
I've just sent the 2nd email but they replied about EU economic baskets cases instead of the subject.

I've been trying to work out their policy on military spending.
They want to increase it to cold-war levels, but at the same time have a more-or-less isolationist foreign policy.
This can only mean one thing: massive investment in brass bands to provide the soundtrack to their forward-into-1952 utopia.
