This is a normal post can it not do bounce lights?
ridiculously dark shadows for something with so many light sources and wet surfaces

This is a normal post It's fan made I think
and he used the original Bioshock assets. Not sure if that makes a difference. I'm pretty sure UE4 does have some nifty lighting effects in it though.

That's a bit much for a game engine isn't it?

Unreal 3 could baked in ray traced light but any moving lights were direct lighting only.

Bean playing about with Unreal 4 myself and whilst the lighting is good I've not noticed real time ray trace.
