Some good tips there to customise the start menu and desktop - yes windows allows you to do this!! amazing isnt it!! but hey what could be possibly wrong with the apple UI - it just works;) lols

The addition of Direct X 12 is going to get me to switch.
Though there's some squabbling at the moment if the upgrade is going to remain free or not.

It's free if you have a legitimate windows 7 or 8
and accept lifetime automatic updates. You get 1 year to claim it though.
