Although I suspect that getting through customs might have been only the first of many health and safety barriers!
The spiked steamroller is truly terrifying, that is until you realise it has no directional control whatsoever.

Yes, they were very keen but the possibility of bringing what were basically weapons and weapons grade explosives into the country was nil.
If I recall correctly they did make it to the Netherlands which, if you've ever spent a New Year's Eve in Amsterdam, would make sense as it's like Apocalypse Now anyway.
