I like the blithe assertion
that thinking (and speaking) on one's feet is the exclusive preserve of a public school educated, Oxbridge graduate with a career in law. Benny clearly has an extremely low opinion of state schools and any non-Oxbridge university in the country.

Why on earth do you think only Oxbridge types have such skills cultivated? Why aren't these sorts of skills being cultivated in state schools?
