I find labeling people as 'Black' and 'White' to be racially insensitive. Our skin colour isn't black, nor white. It's unnacceptable to call Asians 'yellow', is it not?
I propose we refer to the racial identity of individuals by their skin's closest RAL number or CMYK value. Much less potential for offense.

Pantone Values are often referred to by their name.
I worry that the use of Pantone will only help to reinforce racial prejudice with the overuse of colours such as 'Nigger Brown', 'Dorset Pink' and 'Jewish Beige', amongst others.
