Some groundbreaking research from our friends at SCIIIIIIIENCE!
TL:DR: Can't get up in the mornings? Go to bed earlier and just wake up at 7am like all the normal people, you lazy slobs.

The solution to this problem is to feed chirpy morning people into wood chippers.

Yes.
Half of them don't even present a morning show to justify this sort of behaviour.

"they reported lower levels of sleepiness, stress and depression"
Well, that is obvious. They don't have some bright-eyed morning squirrel poking them awake when it is the middle of the night.

Oh, I'll be getting up at 7:30am tomorrow...
I'll probably be going to bed around 3am, having been up at 7am this morning, worked 12+ hours on two separate jobs, cycled 18+ miles to get there/around/back and eaten a kebab before hitting the hay ('cos I deserve one)...
Currently having a sneaky pint between shifts...
I actually have no desire to return to the Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 grind.
