His target was to raise £1,000.

I'm still waiting
for the Spitfire to fly overhead (with an engine tuned to play 'land of hope and glory') and drop down a parcel of fish and chips and a bottle of stout suspended from a parachute made from a union jack myself.
Seems as likely as any of the other claimed benefits at the moment.

A national coming together and what lessons need to be learnt. All of which will be forgotten and ignored a few months later then business as usual. Shit on the little people who are still working saving lives, working in supermarkets, delivering the stuff we still buy online with more austerity to make sure the great and the good are not troubled too much at the financial inconvenience this may have had on their wealth.
