ordinary people make similar gaffes all the time, Trump is more frequent with well documented gaffes and slurring, and Biden is a bloke who's mostly but not totally overcome a stammer, so you'd expect more gaffes in public speaking where his mind is on just getting out his statement. Neither of them has dementia, but it is one of Trumps slurs that he's trying to stick, so his stooges share videos of any slip, like they did with their "hilary has brain cancer" BS in 2016
