Terms & Conditions Apply (The Game)
I made this!
A silly mini-game about pop-ups and the deviousness of websites and apps.
Visiting websites now feels like a battle against all the pop-ups. I thought I'd try and make a game out of it!
Questions are inspired (or stolen) from the real dark patterns companies are using today (thanks darkpatterns.org)
Please have a play, let me know how you did.

Rather than ask us to tell you how we did why don't you add an opt-in to track our progress at the start?
or opt-out that isn't really an opt-out

good point! unfortunately the site has very limited actual tracking. thought it would be a bad look having a REAL cookie accept box at the start of the quiz!

SPOILER ALERT
This one actually has a really satisfying solution.
When you start you don't know if they're both on, both off or one on, one off.
So first thing you do is click 'I'm feeling lucky.
If they spin, you know they aren't both on, or you'd get the question right.
So now you flip both and try again. if that doesn't work you know they must be one on one off.
So now you flip one of the toggles and click again. Either you picked the right one and they're now both on and you get the question right
or you get the wrong one and they must now both be off.
So now you flip them both and hit 'feeling lucky'.

ah ok
I think the bit that wasn't obvious was that 'I'm feeling lucky' was also the button to press to check your answer
