every device on my home network is blocked from connecting to FB, and I always sign up for accounts with an email address that never gets used for anything else, it's even called signup@(my domain).

It only stops you from logging in if you selected to make an account using your FB info.

I had a horrible Facebook habit a few years back, and it went into overdrive while I was unemployed for a few months. I realised I was genuinely fucking sick of it, jacked it in, and pretty much immediately felt a lot better.

I still watch a lot of fucking toss on youtube mind.

I browse with Brave, and it seems to clean things up nicely for me. I'll look into the Pi-Hole though, might be the next step.

The commercial catch up channels have been largely ignored in the the Wizard Tower due to those tedious intrusive ads breaking the player.
