The problem is that backend skills aren't frontend skills,
no matter how much those lines get blurred, and it looks like he needs to specialise more.

I could do without the scripts, the glitchy gimmicks, I'd like my scroll wheel to work, and I like lower case g to be uncropped,
but it's not that bad visually. I much prefer 90s web design to the modern rubbish, mind you.

Yeah,
it looks a decent enough CV for a junior dev working in a team - web designers should pick up on the UX issues, and senior devs should help you improve with each job.
To be honest, I have no idea how someone starts out nowadays - it used to be a bit of HTML and you're off. Now, there's fuck loads more you need to understand.

That's very interesting
I wouldn't have had a clue how to write a loop tail g, but looking at the 4 options in turn, only the correct one didn't make me feel a bit uneasy.
In the ensuing couple of minutes I have again completely forgotten how to write it!
