I think they’re called transit vans.
They share the same mystical property as sheds, whereby coiled hoses and cables will tangle themselves when unobserved, 10mm socket heads will spontaneously mutate into rusty 1/2" ones and there will always be a vaguely musty smell inside during the summer.
