The PSUs he's using are 600W each, so even with all 5 flat-out it's 3kW so no more than a fan heater. That said, 3kW to play Pong must be a record!

Interesting. The circuit diagram there had +80v input to the relays, and assuming the 200A was correct that would be nearer 40kW.
Either way it's not something you'd want running for long...

At least when compared to the heater circuits, which are a much lower voltage (usually around 3-6V I think) but suck a lot more current. 200A at 3V is only 600W
Besides, you’d never put a 40kW load on a domestic ring main in the UK without your mains wiring catching fire!
I’d be very surprised if the whole thing was over 6kW, or he’d have had to run a dedicated circuit for it… and that would have been mentioned!
