This is a normal post Quite a few of these police bodycam videos out of the US just scream “untreated mental illlness” to me.
Going back to that GBeebies link below, just imagine if the guy was in the midst of a psychotic break instead. At least we can be thankful that over here there would be properly trained help available.

there's definitely an element of mental illness in the sheila above, but that often goes hand-in-hand with scammers.
