Are the non-latin characters Comic Sans?
I want to know if it's as hated around the world, if so.

unfortunately no...
Comic Sans doesn't have a big set of characters so the rest come from Arial as fallback font

Clear example of font segregation
Surprised Trump hasn't written an executive order banning specific fonts on some risible basis. There are a lot of bad characters out there folks.
