that march one was a biggie. a supershear failure across 500 km. the cctv says it's the middle of the day, so I'd guess from the shadows that seem to be going to the left that we're looking east, though it's not much to go on. So I reckon what we're seeing is an east/west lateral tear rather than the main N/S strike slip fault. It's possible that the land on the left (including the camera) is moving north, while the stuff on the right of screen that appears to be moving is actually mostly stationary (shaken, not stirred). anyway, enough of my geo nerd waffle
