I feel like there's a decent puzzle in there, but I don't understand what all the things do, and the lack of adequate instructions isn't making me want to keep trying it.
Edit: Got the hang of what all the bits do. The double sideways arrow is especially confusing, but once figured out it makes crossing the streams much easier.

I clicked, I received no instructions so I clicked 'back to home'
where I received no instructions so I clicked back to the game, which told me my timed attempt was 'done', so I wrote this message here warning others not to bother with whatever the fuck this shit is.
