i have 3 frames all governed by index.htm but i cant title / tag the index page within dreamweaver

This is a normal post Hmm
You could try opening the index.htm file in notepad and change the Title in there. Save it and open it again in dreamweaver and it should work.

the graphic is nice but irrelevant.
the buttons really really really need to have tool tips telling you what they link to at the very least. Yes i know most of them, but not all.

Top icon doesn't change colour, on mouse over
Second from top icon is constantly lit.

But lovely layout, and nice an bold.

the mystery meat thing - i think thats a load of shite personally - justbecause someone likes to be told about everything before they do it doesnt make it ok either.
