I think the twittering copying in Nokia campaign which seems to have started is the best approach. See what happens. You deserve more than a 140 letter apology.

This is a normal post Sounds like they're off at Cannes to be awarded the 'best thievery of an idea from Youtube' prize at the Cannes Advertising Festival. So you're right.
I wonder if Nokia have posted out the £1300 worth of film equipment yet.

Has anyone contacted the festival ? The cyber lions category is being announced today.

I'd mail the festival too and point out that this piece could well be the subject of a court case shortly :)
