I used to work for the company that made the popemobile's windows. Frankly, I don't fancy your chances - that's massively laminated toughened glass, approaching 2" thick. By the time you blunt forced your way in, you'd be surrounded by some very hefty people advising you to stop. As wretched as it is that we're paying for this visit, he's technically a visiting head of state and so has to be afforded //mentally// good security, seen and unseen.

Tyres are kevlar reinforced steel weave with foam inserts to stop catastrophic deflation.
High wattage laser wouldn't even notice the glass.
For me though, modulated microwave beam, Let him stand on a balcony, call down the blessings of god on the crowd and then just burst into flame.
