Italian man creates new words on BBC News
My friend Sam was watching BBC News last night, and came across this chap pushing the boundaries of language.

Which of the words has he made up?
"...and that's why we understand this is not longer possible interlocutor; This is not legitimate interlocutor for the international [inaudible]"
He is saying that the subject is no longer an appropriate person to act as the interlocutor for, presumably, the Libyan government.
