If the makers of Minecraft
have signed an exclusivity agreement with MS, then it will be exclusive. The language it's written in is irrelevant.

They have already
announced that it is coming to Sony Ericson so that exclusivity is doubtful.

'Exclusive' means fuck all on its own in the video games industry.
Microsoft haven't come out and said how exclusive it is. It's either genuinely exclusive to the 360 in terms of home consoles, or is merely a timed exclusive where it will be some months before a PS3/Wii release.
Same with Sony Ericsson. It's "Exclusive" to the Xperia Play in that it's a plain old Java Android app only being sold on the Xperia Playstation store and not the Android Market. For now.
