I utterly despise prats like this... Via the little bit I have to do with Local Authorities in my day to day job, I am amazed at the sheer stupidity of people like this bloke, who don't realise that by their pettifogging small-mindedness they manage to increase the overall amount of paperwork, and bureaucracy everyone else has to deal with when going about normal life.
I really wish people like Brian here, and all those Free-men-of-the-land and all the other No-state-shall-rule-me knobs would up sticks and piss off to a remote North Sea Island and get on living the way they want to live (sans electricity, running water, the NHS) and all the annoying "rules-maahhnn" that they seem to hate so much here in real life.
