This is a normal post 6 Music is OK
But I grow quickly weary of their DJs casually mentioning obscure bands and their even more obscure import coloured vinyl etc. OK, they're meant to be experts in their field but that sort of schtick isn't my cup of tea. Craig Charles' funk & soul show is good though. And i think there's a reggae one too.
Blessed are the radio stations without adverts, though. Amen to that.

This is a normal post Not a personal attack so please don't get stroppy...
but I've noticed a couple of posts accusing 6music of elitism.

Have you listened to its daytime shows recently? I will definitely agree that ot used to be and the night time shows can still be very indie schmindie but the daytime shows (especially Lauren Laverne and Radcliffe and Maconie) play a lot of well known, accessible music.

This is a normal post I can live with 6 music.
Though I find their music to be a little TOO obvious/not obscure enough. And they don't always mention the colour of the vinyl of their limited EPs.
