Russia is more likely to switch to the Euro as its reserve currency and do trade directly in Euros. They've already negotiated an agreement with China that means they no longer have to trade with each other in dollars. It might save the Euro. The Dollar is in the shit though, if there is a run on it at this sensitive point in time.

part of the treatie is to let other countrys flood your home market with goods and you cant do any thing to help your own factorys and mills etc to compete against them . Russia is market that the west has been trying to get in to big time for a number of years and this is the flood gates being blown wide open. watch the results over the next year or so and see the unemployment start to rocket and company closeures speeding up. every one wins except the russian
