
I'd like to try knocking some up but can't barbecue in my flat. Have you used one of the oven recipes before? If so, is it worth a go?

I used a slow cooker - Chuck a pork shoulder in there with a large bottle of non-alcoholic apple cider (seems to do a better job than the alcoholic stuff), an onion and some liquid smoke if you can find it. 6 hours later it's good to go.
