I think the other old building in the market square is shown in the vid, but what remains of it is here (In the new development he speaks of) Windows and woodwork match and it's about the right distance away

This must've been in the 1920s/30s. They lived in East London, they heard there was work going in Kingston (in south west London) so they loaded all their possessions on a cart and pushed it to Kingston (must've taken a good 6 hours at least) and when they arrived they went along streets knocking on doors asking if there was anywhere to rent.
