That entire article entirely misrepresents her philosophy, which is silly as there are plenty of reasonable criticisms to make of Objectivism.

It's also worth remembering why she thought that way, having escaped a fairly oppressive collectivist regime, in which case I'd probably be a little more fearful and sensationalist about government interference.
