So basically you need carbs and protein to increase metabolism, a walk would help too I guess.
Bacon jokes are lame, as are vege jokes, weeble did it all, there is nowhere left to go.

...they just discovered that vegetarians tend to have a lower incidence of those diseases. That does not mean that their diet decreases the risk. It could also be that vegetarians tend to drink and smoke less than meat-eaters. Or that their sanctimonious attitude forms a natural cancer barrier :)

a little of what you like like does you good
a lot of what you like does you in
same old story
I'm not sanctimonious, being veggie is just part of how I live. I don't rub it in people faces, but get pissed when when others do that to me.

usually it's the new ones.
As a lifelong veg I've seen and heard it all,
and I'm bored to death of the useless debate.
So for the record: Eat whatever the fuck you like, but where possible buy from local sources, at least the animals are better treated, produce a higher quality of meat, and it's more economical for the environment.
And stop making shit jokes about veggies, only funny ones please (I'd like to hear some funny ones, I've only ever heard a couple in 28 years):-p

I'm not a vegetarian because I love animals,
it's because I hate vegetables - Woody Allen

Opinions are like arse-holes, everybody has one, I just don't like being classified as a sanctimonious pedant just cos I don't eat meat.
Only joke I can remember is from Simpsons when Lisa meets a 'level 9 vegan, I don't eat anything that may have had a shadow'
