This bloke obviously has an agenda and personally I think the Black Eye Peas have done a LOT worse than this, but it's worth it for the line "Really, why don't you just recite the alphabet or list state capitals or ..."

I heard this song on the radio the other day and I assumed it was some Belgian / Dutch europop summer holiday trash. Boom Boom Pow made me want to rip my ears off as well, but then its not a patch on My Humps.

Is Banana around? What do the Jewish references mean?

Stars are 'kochavim', the 'ch' being a guttral ch as in the Scottish 'loch'. But yes, colloquially it's entirely synonymous with congratulations.

This guy has summed up why Black eyed peas are fucking shit. Again, listen to their first 2 albums, and realise why they are talented, but listen to anything AFTER elephunk (which was brilliant), and it's painful. I can't even listen to elephunk any more, because they ruined it.
