If you hadn't heard, Frank Sidebottom died without very much money and was facing a paupers funeral. Donate here so he gets the send off he deserves.

This would be better in my opinion.
Some of my favourite Frank bits were on Remote Control www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXPYVeoFhUA

9 grand already. Cost for the funeral covered. Should be a blinder of a send off for a very nice chap.

For those of you unaware, Hale has 2 or 3 of the most expensive post codes to live in outside of London. I dont see how it would be possible to die a pauper and also own a house there.

(my mistake)
I liked the guy but still there are penalties to pay for living somewhere you cant afford.
Id love to live in Hale or some other swanky place, but I cant afford it so I dont.
He should have lived down the road in Timperley.

I just see it as an equivalent of paying for a CD of his that he didn't get a chance to make.

I'd want people to just put me in T-Chest and throw me up the dump.
Save the money and use it on a right royal piss up!

Jon Ronson been on twitter about it all day. And if you can't trust Ronson who can you trust?

Jon is great though, so he'll do on their behalf ;)

Cant say fairer than that. Maybe if the money raised ends up being a crazy amount, then they could even send some of it to charity.
