
but sadly this has a long way to go. My understanding is that currently a few different rebel factions (the article mentions the Syrian Revolution Union and the Free Syrian Army alone) are working together against a common foe. If they win, they will probably start fighting each other.
This is one of the reasons the rest of the world is reluctant to get involved.

There is sufficient video of the rebels throwing bodies off of high rises. Even if you accept their version that those tossed off were already dead, had a western power done that, embassies would be burned as the treatment goes against the Koran.
I think maybe waiting is a good thing.
