Hopefully some politilols for you all. I am an avid watcher of Question Time but absolutely loathe the audience so a few weeks ago I decided to set up a blog ridiculing the most idiotic contributions bellowed at the panel.

Although this is exactly why I wouldn't go on a show like that...I'd say something profoundly embarassing.

Glad you caught Mr Propaganda. What a twat. I bet he's the type that still harks on about Thatcher ruining the country despite Labour having had 15 years to fix it.
Mr Mansion-Tax doesn't do his argument any justice, but there is a debate there. People can end up asset rich and cash poor. Farmers for instance - will they be exempt?
I wish though we could vote on Q Time. The loser gets dropped into a vat full of scorpions or something.

They sound so nervous.
It annoys me that the show is called Question Time but yet so many audience members simply give their crass opinion.

As you'll have guessed, the 'questions' made by the audience are all approved by the producers ahead of time (we were given little cards and handed them in, then the chosen few were called out just before it started so the cameras would know where to zoom in).
These questions were all the typical bland ones of the day - so if you had anything you wanted to say that didn't relate to the established news agenda, you'd either have to hope you could shoehorn it in as a randomly picked person at the end, or, if you are crazy, shout it out.
Not excusing dumbness or rudeness...But if you don't fit in with the BBC news narrative, you have no alternative.
Also saw the young Harriet Harman, and she was gorgeous.

describing the church of england as a STATE CHURCH/RELIGION, as if it actually means anything, is like calling conkers a national sport.
The CofE is about as atheistic as you can get while still believing in fairytale sky wizards. I totally agree with her points (that we are blissfully secular in our politics and society in comparison to 'Merca). Your using that clip just comes across as petty nit-picking pedantry.
Just my tuppence.

another avid watcher here, though I might suggest that you will find EVEN MORE material on the new BBC Three show "Free Speech" which is the new "youth" vesion of QT..possibly some of the most painful TV I've ever watched!

Bit harsh calling some of these people idiots.
Honestly, some of your comments make you sound like a bit of a dick.
