The song adopts the voice of a persona. A bitter and chippy delivery man. The persona uses the word 'faggot' specifically to offend because he's jealous.

But there's no sarcasm, the song is portraying a character, you fucking moron, I suggest it is you that needs to look that word up and learn what songwriting is.
