Full disclosure, I did not watch past the loooong intro
That aside (I fathomed it probably wasn't for me), I think it's the constant barrage of "hit like and subscribe hombreros!" that puts people off, even if you're not saying it in your film, it's put a right sour taste in my mouth for pushing that button in general.

Most people don't want "more of this" filling their subscriptions feed.
They might think "oh this looks interesting" and click on the video from the home feed of suggestions - 99% will then be done with whatever the topic of the video was and move on.
Anything over a 1% conversion of view to subscriber is bonus. Expecting more is delusional if your channel is mono-topic based.

I assumed the weight of the batteries, motors, model and the tail lipped over the box would keep the model in place. I was a bit wrong! The torque was incredible. the thumb wound was down to the bone, prop went straight through the nail bed. This all happened on a live stream, 40 people screaming in the chat "Its moving", "watch your fingers" Obviously wasn't watching the chat. I felt like a complete tit!
