It's an interesting concept
Although I'm not familiar enough with their song choices to be able to compare it properly. The difficulty is, a lot of their chord sequences etc don't fit the Baroque style - as demonstrated by the first track being a three minute development of the War Pigs into without the rest of it. Nice counter melodies though.

Fix it then
Ask ye local friar the keys to the church to record some heavy Latin cantiques.
Might need some help from local choir for ze vocals.
It's not that they know what they are singing usually anyway.
