Stiltskin, one hit wonder, came to mind today. Hmm, wonder why
And I bought their shitty album so I can confirm that they are one-hit wonders

But that's ok
because that, in turn, reminded me of the 'Puff Pastry Hangman'!

If they had kept it as the big beat sections throughtout
It actually would have been an ok record.
I remember buying that. Getting home and listening to the full thing for the first time.
I remember the disappointment. The feeling of being lied to. That's when the veil lifted. I saw reality. I had taken the red pill. I was no longer a child.

I have Planet Rock as a back up preset on a work car and occasionally hear about them.

I had the gun album based on that one big cover hit
They were okay. Back in the day I could afford to buy albums on the basis of one song or even the Our Price review card in the shop

The story I heard was that an Ad agency wanted something by the Smashing Pumpkins
The band said no, so the Ad agency made a band and ripped off the intro of the Smashing Pumpkins single. And ripped off Nirvana in the song as well.

Since you're reminiscing:)
I'm looking for a song that I've heard some 20 years ago, I don't know any of the lyrics but the video I remember: the band plays in some big hall, like a factory, and somwhere in the middle bunch of people start running towards and thru them without touching them as they kept playing. The singer has a similar voice to the Muse singer Matthew Bellamy, the genre is indierock. Thanks in advance.
