If you code, especially if you code for a job or employ coders, it is worth watching all 6 videos in the series (about 8-9 hours). Very informative guy.
If you don't code, I wouldn't bother with this.

helped me a lot with how I thought about my code.
I now write code which, when I revisit it in 6 months-2 years, I will understand whatever the fuck it was I was trying to do then.

which requires actual (real life experience) rather than artificial (basic logic) intelligence to implement in an 'intelligent' humanistic way.
