A while ago i shot an image over london from greenwich, over half term i was able to revisit this to higher resolution, from just one gigapixel to 5.5

I've been trying to do something similar with my 200mm but they all come out Wobbly As Fuck. Either my technique is wrong, or my tripod is shite, or more likely both.
