Terrible comic - did it get swallowed whole by whizzer and chips.
Great news chums! From next week you'll be able to find all your favourite Cor!! characters inside.....

and those little commando booklets. Loved them. I got gifted a massive boxful when one of my mum's colleagues sons went to uni.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commando_(comics)
There's an argument to be made they changed my life.

The racism in some of the war comics wouldn't be acceptable nowadays, "yellow peril" etc.

I think the Japanese can own their war record as we own ours.

This is not as advertised at all. This is not a review. This is just a man looking at random issues of Cor!! from the early 1970s. When I say looking at, I mean very quickly looking at, seemingly with no interest in the subject matter, he doesn't seem to read anything or draw the viewers attention to any points of interest, he just says the title of each strip with no further comment most of the time.
He obviously hasn't thought about it or read the comics before recording the video either (he may have read them in 197*, I'll let him have that). If he had thought about it for just a few minutes and did just 30 seconds rehearsal, he would realise that whatever software he is using to show the comics is totally unsuitable for creating videos. To see him scroll down each page, accidentally scroll too far and then scroll back up again after EVERY PAGE got annoying after about the 27th time. It was like watching an elderly relative use a tablet computer. What would be wrong with showing two pages at once? After all, this is how the comic would have been designed to be read. The video is already in HD, so this would still allow the viewer to read anything of note (if the guy wasn't going so fast and actually pointed out anything of note, which he was and he didn't, as discussed previously).
"You used to get a little prize or something, didn't ya? Letter to the editor". If you had just slowed down and stayed on that page for more than half a second, you would have seen that the prize was 25p. This was something of note that would have been included in a competent review. Maybe an example of a couple of letters could have been interesting too. What did readers of Cor!! care about almost 50 years ago? What was the quality of writing that was worth 25p at that time?
I also spotted (I had to pause and rewind to see it clearly as he was going so fast) that they were piloting a different strip every week/month/fortnight (the publication schedule, which seems like quite basic information, didn't seem to be included in the review) and were to ask the reader to vote on one that was going to be made in to a complete series. This feature was not even mentioned, so there was no chance of finding out any further details, what happened to the rejected ideas, did they resurface elsewhere in later years? Which one won, how long did it last?
This guy obvious has or had a keen interest in comics at some point. Sadly, whatever enthusiasm he once had for this subject does not come across in this video at all. I can only concluded that he has got bored of this hobby, maybe without realising it himself, and is now only continuing because it is what he does, not because he gets any enjoyment from it. I would urge him to metaphorically put the comics down for a while and return to them when he feels he wants to, not just because it's part of his routine. Maybe this will rekindle the love he obviously once had for these digital items of historical value and interest.

I didn't get past 30 seconds.
But you missed the bit about him scrolling through (what looks like) the entire collection and picking one at random. Looks like what I've done in the past with music - collect, collect, collect, without actually appreciating what you're collecting, or even threshing the chaff.
(Oh, and he's on windows - what a c*nt)
