i started shopping for a new truck last night. as the fuel pump went bad and i needed a tow truck. i am also done with politics.
it is good to know, there is no limit to what i want to trailer. (fyi i started shopping for a used disco II, ended up here. :P) who knows... i may need to move a generator, (or a mildly radioactive fuel rod across the country)

My parents have towed trucks up dirt track mountain roads in rural Costa Rica using their Disco.
Don't think you'd get one of those up the roads round their way :)

oh there is no need, at all. the disco will do me just fine, even with impending apocalypse. i was more impressed with the trailer, as that is just a work of impressive thinking.

Playa Tamarindo's a bit touristy for my taste.
Travel a bit further down the Pacific coast and there are some truly beautiful places, miles of beach, handfuls of people (at most).

And avoid Montezuma unless you like being surrounded by tourists all the time :)
