I think he was alluding to the fact that Asian women are typically youthful looking (until around retirement age when they suddenly adopt a somewhat scrotular appearance).
But I can see how the Twitterati could use it as fodder for their monthly outrage hot topic and accompanying hashtag. #AsiansAge or some such shite.

I live in China...
It's true.
Asian women appear unaffected by gravity, aging skin or wrinkles.
But that may be because they are not fat, cover all skin in factor 50 whitening cream, and never show a genuine emotion publically, while smiling sweetly.
Western women are in comparison fat as a whale, constantly sunbathing and scowl at all men, life and the unjust lot they have been given.

Hypertapping
Instead of holding down the left/right button, he repeatedly taps it, at a rate in excess of 10 times per second. Faster that the keypad's auto-repeat, if you can manage it accurately and quickly enough.
